I discount my fee for chapter 7s for Veterans with documented service related disability but only if the total household income is less than the amount permitted in the Means Test. Present your VA Benefit Summary Letter and I’ll discount my fee by the percentage of disability. You are responsible for the court filing fee as well as the cost of the credit reports.

Discounts are not available for chapter 13 bankruptcy.
